Saline Area Social Service Adopt-a-Family
Thank you for your generous donations! All tags have been claimed. Please be sure to bring your gift by Dec 7. If you would like to still donate to SASS, gift cards in denominations of $25 to Meijer and Walmart are always good to give. You're welcome to bring a donation on Dec 7 and we will deliver it, along with the gifts, to SASS.

50/50 Raffle
We are currently at $1,913 for the prize winnings, which means we have raised the same amount for scholarships. The drawing will be Wed, Dec 20; there is still time to turn in your tickets! Have you been interested in trying out watercolors but don’t know how to get started? Katherine will show you the basics in this one-time class. You may bring any materials you may have, but it is not necessary for this class. Register by Nov 27. Register online or at the front desk.

Come for a brief update about the center from the SASC Director, Comm Ed Director (schools), and City of Saline Rep. Then enjoy lunch and socializing with friends. Lunch will be prepared by the SAS Culinary Arts Program; salad, chicken picatta, two veggies, and a dessert selection. Entertainment provided by The Strings of Saline. Ann Arbor Senior Center Trivia – Live! With Additional Holi-Days on Thursdays!

New Trip Offering: Holland's Tulip Festival

                 SAS Bond As you may be aware, SASC was part of the Saline Area Schools (SAS) Bond in Fall of 2022, which promised 4.48 millions dollars for an SASC remodel and expansion. We will have a new dedicated entrance, staff offices, and more based on your feedback. SASC Weekly Updates: Ballet Chelsea's Cinderella Preview

Please contact Andrea, lewisa@salineschools org, if you are interested in helping out this spring and summer in our gardens in the front and back of our building. This includes some weeding, trimming, and watering. In order to utilize our raised garden beds, we will need several volunteers willing to help out a few days a week. Thank you for considering sharing your time and talents with us. SASC will be closed Friday, March 29 in observance of Good Friday. Students have been learning how to make pysanky eggs.
